clean rooms, efficient air conditioning, lovely toiletries
Lighting too cold!!! Small room with a low ceiling, hard bed against the wall, not enough plugs for devices, WiFi only at the pool and reception. Definitely needs a more comfortable setup!!!

beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
Our stay here was a magical experience! The hacienda-style building and traditional artwork throughout the hotel created a unique atmosphere. Being only a few minutes from the archeological site.

The hotel's proximity to the Chichen Itza ruins allows for easy access, making it a fantastic base for exploring the site early in the morning.
Some aspects of the room could use updating, particularly the lack of coffee-making facilities and the absence of a TV.

The hacienda-style design was charming, and the pool area was refreshing after a long day. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was a highlight, but the wifi could definitely be better.

The location is truly ideal for visiting the nearby ruins, allowing early access before crowds form. The pool area provided a refreshing escape, though we were disappointed by the lack of electricity during our check-in, leading to a dimly lit dinner. There were also issues with charging meals to the room, creating some uncomfortable moments. However, the homemade desserts were a delightful highlight of our meals.
